Description

On June 30th, 2016 Ambassador Diao Mingsheng visited the newly-built Port-Novo University (also known as Université de Porto-Novo and UPN), and the Embassy article mentions that the school plans to cooperate with Chinese universities to open a Confucius Institute. The University was established in 2015.
