Project narrative

On April 20, 2012, the Venezuelan Government signed letters of exchange for a 10 million RMB grant from the People's Republic of China to finance the "High Level Planners Public Officials Training Program" (or "Programa de Formación de Funcionarios Públicos Planificadores de Alto Nivel"). The specific resolution passed by the Venezuelan government can be found in Gaceta Oficial Nº 39.929, Resolution Nº 069, Dated May 24, 2012. The start and end dates of the training program are unknown.
