On October 30, 2018, Ambassador Wang Yulin of the Chinese Embassy in Ecuador signed a handover certificate for the donation of office and communication equipment to the Technical Secretariat of Youth of Ecuador (Secretaría Técnica de Juventudes). The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
