Project narrative

On September 3, 2018, the Chinese Embassy hosted a farewell ceremony for the 17 Samoan students who received scholarships to study in China. The scholarships are a part of the China-Pacific Islands Forum Scholarship Program (see Umbrella Record ID#73681).
