Project narrative

On 21 March 2013, the People's Republic of China's Economic and Commercial Office in Mexico convened the Mexican Students' Association to participate in a foreign aid training class. The ambassador to Mexico Zeng Gang attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The business counselor Chen Yuming chaired the meeting.
