Full Description

Project narrative

On August 22, 2019, during the donation ceremony of 200 mining dump trucks (see: Record ID#49036), Bolivian president Morales spoke of a practical and theoretical training that would be provided by China for operators of the trucks. This donation was a part of the China-Bolivia Mine Dump Truck Cooperation Project. The project is intended to bring tangible benefits to miners and help the economic and social development of Bolivia through developing the mining sector. This project is linked to Record ID#49036, which details the dump truck donation. It is unclear when this training may have occurred.
