Project narrative

On October 26, 2019, Ambassador Wu Peng of China presided over the ribbon cutting ceremony of a new computer lab at Benon Secondary School (本农中学) in Trans-Nzoia County of Kenya. Also in attendance was local MP for Cherangany, Joshua Kuttuny. The lab was funded by the Chinese Embassy to Kenya and consisted of 45 desktop computers. According to media reports, the donation was worth Sh3 million.
