Project narrative

On October 22, 2018, Ecuador's Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (Senescyt) and the Institute of Higher National Studies (IAEN) began an International Seminar, in coordination with the Chinese Academy of Governance. The seminar lasted for eight days. Public officials, teachers, researchers from higher education institutions, and students were trained in public policy and governance. Through keynote talks, attendees learned about China's experience in politics and public administration; poverty reduction; public economy; social protection system; governance of diplomacy, among others.
