Project narrative

On September 3 2009, China and Cuba signed a number of important bilateral agreements regarding infrastructural investment. Wu Bangguo, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau delivered to Ricardo Alarcón, President of the Cuban Parliament, a donation of office equipment granted by the Standing Committee of the XI National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China to the Cuban Parliament.
