Project narrative

On August 18, 2016, the Chinese Ambassador to Samoa held a reception for students awarded Chinese government scholarships. There were 32 students total, 28 of whom received the Chinese Government Scholarship and 4 who received the Chinese Government South Pacific Scholarship. Following the reception, the students will leave to study in China. Five of the students will be completing post-graduate work and twenty attending undergraduate programs.
