Project narrative

On 7 August 2017, Qiu Xiaoqi, the Chinese Ambassador to Mexico awarded Chinese government scholarships for the 2017-2018 academic year. During the ceremony Ambassador Qiu congratulates the Mexican students for obtaining the scholarships and encouraged them to take full advantage of their opportunities to study and live in China, personally feel the development and changes of China, understand the colorful culture of China, and lay a solid foundation for becoming a messenger of friendly exchanges and cooperation between China and Mexico.
