Project narrative

On October 24, 2015, representatives from the Chinese Government and the Government of Suriname signed an agreement for the rehabilitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Auxiliary Office Building. The rehabilitation project included repair of the existing building and construction of a temporary office room. Weihai International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. completed the construction in about five months. On February 11, 2016, the project was officially handed over.
