Project narrative

On October 10, 2018, the Rwandan Permanent Secretary of Education Samuel Mulindwa distributed 25 scanners to 25 Rwandan secondary schools. These scanners were donations to Rwanda's Ministry of Education from the Government of China. The scanners will be used to facilitate day-to-day activities in these schools by making their reporting systems easier to use. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
