Description

On September 28, 2018, Li Xuhang, Chargé d’affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Kenya, attended the opening ceremony of the new science laboratory of Ruma Middle School (鲁马中学实) in Siaya County, Kenya. The laboratory was constructed with funds donated from the Embassy, although it is unclear exactly how much was donated. The ceremony was attended by the County Member of Parliament, Otiende Amollo, the County Councillor, the Director of the Asian Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kenya, the Chairman and Principal of Ruma Middle School, and about 300 teachers and students from the school.
