Project narrative

On July 8, 2014, the Government of the People's Republic of China granted 52,000 USD worth of educational material to Costa Rica's National Learning Institute (Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje, INA). The materials were comprised of Chinese language teaching materials, including books and CD-ROMs for Chinese language teaching. The grant was provided through an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA, 经济技术合作), though it is unclear which agreement provided funding.
