Project narrative

On August 16, 2010, in the presence of Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda Baldwin Spencer, the Chinese Government awarded 15 government scholarships to students from Antigua and Barbuda to study in China. Chinese Ambassador to Antigua and Barbuda iu Hanming held a reception for the students on August 24, 2010, which was also attended by Prime Minister Spencer. The monetary value of these scholarships is unknown.
