Project narrative

On December 28, 2018, in the presence of members of the fourteenth Chinese medical team to Guyana (see Record ID#71210), the Chinese Government donated medical equipment and supplies worth RMB 1.1 million ($28 million GYD) to Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation. The donation, which included medical equipment, anesthetic drugs, and other supplies, was intended to bolster the hospital's general surgery, plastic surgery, and orthopedics departments.
