Project narrative

On 27 September 2013, the Economic and Commercial Office in Jamaica held a farewell ceremony for the 20 Jamaican trainees who went to China to participate in the infrastructure planning and construction seminar. The Infrastructure Planning and Construction Seminar was a bilateral training project that began on 10 October 2013 and ended on 30 October 2013. The Chinese government funded the training and air travel for the 20 students.
