Project narrative

On October 29, 2019, the Chinese Ambassador to El Salvador attended the opening ceremony of the "Noma Franco" community sports court in San Salvador. It is the first court built with the assistance of the Chinese Embassy in El Salvador.

Staff comments

When translating the Chinese Embassy article, the word "stadium" is used, however, "court" seems more accurate based on the images and the description of the facility, since it is small and meant as a community recreation space rather than an event venue. The flow type is assumed to be grant though this isn't explicitly stated.
