Project narrative

On April 2, 2020, the China National Aero Technology Import and Export Corporation (CATIC) handed over a grant of 10,000 face masks to the Defense Attaché in the Bolivian Embassy in China. The masks were to be given to the Bolivian Armed Forces (FF.AA.) to combat COVID-19.
