Project narrative

On March 29, 2016, the Chinese Government made a donation to Panama Renai College (Chinese: 巴拿马仁爱书院) to promote school's Chinese language education. The nature and monetary value of the donation is unknown. Panama Renai College, which is fully-registered with the Ministry of Education of Panama, was founded in 2002 for the express purpose of educating the children of overseas Chinese, spreading China's culture, and instilling its values. The majority of the students are children of Chinese people living in Panama.
