Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

As of May 2011, two Seychellois pilots and two technicians were undergoing training on how to operate Y-12 aircrafts in China. These models were built by Harbin Aircraft Industry Group and delivered by China National Aero-Technology Import and Export Corporation, so one of those state-owned enterprises likely hosted the training. The program duration and value are unknown.
