Project narrative

On August 26, 2005, the Chinese Government and the Government of Saint Lucia signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) (Chinese agreement name: 中圣经济技术合作协定) in which the Chinese Government committed financing to Saint Lucia for unspecified purposes. The monetary value of this ETCA is unknown.
