Project narrative

On September 14, 2018, China’s Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Guangdong Province donated books about Chinese culture, language, history and literature to Curaçao's National Library. The Chinese Consulate-General of Willemstad also donated English-version books about Chinese politics, economy, culture, arts, science, and technology. In total, they donated about 1,500 books.
