Project narrative

An unspecified Chinese Government institution funded the building of a rice mill in Malanville, Benin in 2009. This project is concurrent with another rice mill built in Glazoue, Benin (see Record ID#71585). In 2010 the mills were purchased by Societe Nationale de Production Agricole (SONAPRA) and were installed in 2011/2012.
