Project narrative

On 21 November, 2016, the opening ceremony of the Overseas Seminar on Capacity Building for Cuban Cadres was held. This training class is a direct result of the foreign aid training program established between both countries. The class is sponsored by China's Ministry of Commerce and specifically undertaken and implemented by the China National School of Administration. It is a new attempt by China to actively participate in the renewal of the Cuban economic model. The seminar will be conducted by senior experts from the National School of Administration of China on China’s political system, social governance, legal system, economic and social development.
