Project narrative

On October 21, 2016, the first Chinese Ambassador's Award was provided to students in Barbados. The students demonstrating the top ten GPAs at the university were also provided with free Lenovo laptops (see Record ID#71827).

Staff comments

Barbados is not ODA-eligible 2011 onwards. There is no recipient agency for this project because neither the University nor the Bermudan Government received these grants.
