Project narrative

On November 29, 2016, the Chinese Embassy in Barbados made a cash donation to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) to finance the acquisition of two heart monitors. The monitors were expected to improve the hospital's ability to provide medical care. The monetary value of this donation is unknown.
