On September 26, 2018, Chinese Ambassador to Tajikistan Yue Bin signed the handover letter for two donated Women's Sewing Centers located in the cities of Hisor and Ghafurov. The centers were intended to improve the welfare of people and promote women's employment, according to the embassy. The value of the donated sewing centers is unknown.
