Description

On February 4, 2019, the Chinese Ambassador to Barbados handed over a grant of technological equipment to the Barbadian Minister of Home Affairs. The grant included 45 laptops, 35 desktops, and 10 tablets produced by Chinese companies and will go to the Government Industrial School, a juvenile penal institution. The donation is intended to enhance educational opportunities for the residents and provide access to and knowledge about information technology.
