Project narrative

On January 25, 2018, the Chinese Government (represented by the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Cuba) and Cítricos Caribe S.A. (CCSA), a Cuban state-owned export-import fruit and vegetable company, signed an implementation contract on increasing agricultural aid to Cuba (Chinese agreement name: 《援古巴农业物资增收项目的对外实施合同》). Officials from the Economic and Commercial Office and Cuba's Ministry of Agriculture discussed procedures on bilateral aid projects after the signing. It is unclear whether any projects resulted from this agreement.
