Project narrative

On 20 November, 2017, the Economic and Commercial Counseling Office of the Chinese Embassy in Cuba as well as the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment of Cuba jointly organized a human resources training seminar for Cuban Government officials. Both organizations exchanged and discussed performance evaluation, opinions, and suggestions with the Cuban Government trainees. Counselor Hong Xiao and Director Wang Lin of the Performance Evaluation Working Group of the Ministry of Commerce and his delegation attended the seminar on behalf of the Chinese Government. A combination of representatives and trainees attended the meeting on behalf of Cuba.
