On November 11, 2004, the Chinese Government agreed to grant RMB 7 million for a feasibility study for the Dehkanabad Potash Fertilizer Plant Project. After the Chinese Government provided an RMB 7 million grant for a feasibility study for this project, China Eximbank provided two loans for first and second phases of project implementation (Linked to Record ID#40128 and Record ID#40129).
