Project narrative

In 2014, Chinese Government provided a $3 million grant for Phase 2 of a project to equip Uzbek medical institutions with 3,000 beds. Within the framework of this project, it was envisaged to supply 3,000 functional beds for equipping medical institutions in Uzbekistan, especially institutions for socially significant diseases (psychiatry, tuberculosis, narcology). The Uzbek Ministry of Health was responsible for the project.
