On July 12, 2013, the Chinese Government and the Government of Dominica signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in which the Chinese Government committed RMB 50 million ($18 million XCD) in grant funding to Dominica for various projects (see linked project ID#72249).
