Project narrative

On July 12, 2013, the Chinese Government and the Government of Dominica signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in which the Chinese Government committed RMB 50 million ($18 million XCD) in grant funding to Dominica for various projects (see linked Record ID#72249). One of the projects financed under this agreement was a new playing field for Roseau Central.
