Project narrative

On January 14, 2010, Chinese and Samoan government officials signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA #70224). On September 1, 2011, officials signed an exchange of letters allocating RMB 6.7 million from this ETCA for the the continuation of the Medical Technical Cooperation Program, worth RMB 6.7 million.
