Description

On 12 November 2018, the Chinese Embassy in Somalia promised to provide $14,500 USD to the to Al-Basiir School for their blind and deaf students. The money will go to providing learning materials and office equipment, including future Somali Braille materials. The Al-Basiir School for the Blind and Deaf is a school of eight rooms including office with 45 students, from class one to eight level. The school teaches Arabic and English Braille languages only.
