Project narrative

In 2009, China granted construction materials and diesel generators for disaster response in the areas in Tajikistan affected by torrential rains and mudflows. The total value of the aid was estimated at 30,000 USD by REACT (Rapid Emergency Assessment and Coordination Team). This aid was in response to the May 2009 floods in Tajikistan.
