Project narrative

On March 26, 2013, the Chinese Economic and Commercial Counselor and Togolese Minister of Health signed the certificate of delivery for the donation of malaria diagnosis and treatment equipment in Lomé from China. According to "中多两国签署援多疟疾诊疗设备交接证书," the donation was worth 1.5 million RMB.
