Project narrative

On November 5, 2008, according to Egyptian Ministry of Defense and Military Production Resolution No. 132 of 2008, the Government Egypt accepted a grant of eight computers and two fax machines worth EGP 55,000 pounds from the Chinese Government for the Ministry of Defense Language Institute (also known as Languages Armed Forces Institute or معهد لغات القوات المسلحة). The specific Chinese Government institution that donated the materials is unknown.
