Project narrative

On 14 May 2017, the Chinese Government signed an exchange of letters with the Syrian Government for the provision of 30 million CNY worth of emergency food aid. This exchange of letters was signed on the same date as the ETCA captured in Record ID#64972. This exchange of letters may be linked to that ETCA. The project was implemented with 1,000 of the 5,404 tons of rice China pledged to deliver through this grant to Latakia, northwest Syria on November 20, 2017. However, currently unable to find sourcing of when the rest of the tons were delivered.
