Project narrative

On October 30, 2018, Ambassador Yao Jing donated blankets, rice, cooking oil, and other winter supplies to Uighurs in Pakistan, and donated teaching equipment to Gilgit No. 1 Boys' High School. Representatives of overseas Chinese from Rawalpindi Chinese Association and the Gilgit-Baltistan Chinese Association attended the donation ceremony. Gilgit-Baltistan Chinese Association Abdul Keyoumu Majid and the Executive Vice President of the Rawalpindi Chinese Association Aisha Kadir Khan respectively received the donated materials on behalf of the two Uighur communities.
