Project narrative

On June 19, 2012, the Chinese government signed a letter of exchange (LOE) with government of Pakistan to supply machinery worth RMB 20 million for the road and bridge construction work undertaken as part of the Karakoram Highway Project at Attabad Lake. The initial project agreement was originally approved on December 17, 2010.
