Description
In February 2016, the Department of Architecture, Arts, Design and Urbanism at the Higher University of San Andrés (Universidad Mayor de San Andrés/USMA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology. The MoU outlined academic cooperation between the two universities, including exchanges of professors, students, and academic materials, as well as joint research, participation in seminars, and special programs. The memorandum would be valid for three years, until February 2019. Funding for the program, at of the end of 2016, was still yet to be determined. No evidence has been identified of the program moving forward or securing funding
