Project narrative

In 2017, the Embassy of China provided USD $2,200,000 for a Peruvian personnel training program. Issues covered in the program include industry, regional economic cooperation, public services, food safety, and transportation management. According to the Peruvian Ministry of External Affairs, 263 Peruvian professionals attended 59 courses hosted by China. Attendees came from public institutions, regional governments, as well as professional and trade associations.
