Project narrative

On April 12, 2007, the Chinese Government and the Government of Madagascar signed an RMB 2 million grant agreement for the training of Malagasy athletes in preparation for the 2007 Indian Ocean Island Games. Madagascar hosted the 2007 Indian Ocean Island Games in Antananarivo in August 2007.
