Project narrative

In 2008, Chinese government agreed to provide US$7.5 million in grants (captured in Record ID#73074) and US$75 million in loans provided by China Eximbank (captured in Record ID#40359) to rebuild the Osh-Sary Tash-Irkeshtam road that connects southern Kyrgyzstan with Xinjiang. China Road and Bridge Corporation was the contractor. As of 2009, the project was undergoing implementation. The project was completed on December 20, 2013.
