Project narrative

On November 18, 2014, the Chinese Ambassador to Senegal Xia Huang handed over a large batch of teaching and sports materials — including 400 backpacks, 800 exercise books, 800 pencils, 10 soccer balls, and 10 basketballs — to the Middle Education College of Ndiar (also known as le Collège d'enseignement moyen de Ndiar), located in the Thiès region, 70 km north of Dakar.
