Project narrative

On July 4, 2013, the Chinese Ambassador to Senegal Xia Huang handed over a large batch of teaching and sports materials (worth FCFA 600 million) — including 16 computers, televisions and overhead projectors — to the Middle Education College of Ndiar (also known as le Collège d'enseignement moyen de Ndiar), located in the Thiès region, 70 km north of north of Dakar.
