Project narrative

On 16 February 2012, the Sudan legislature ratified an government concessional loan (GCL) agreement between China Eximbank and the Government of Sudan for the Fishing Boat Acquisition Project. It is unclear when China Eximbank committed to financing this project. The face value and borrowing terms of this loan are unknown. These boats were supposed to be delivered to the Kassala and Red Sea states. All other project details are unknown.
